Funnies vs. Comic books

The big major differences between these two large franchises is how they entertain. It is known that the Funnies on the newspaper are usually pretty funny. Although they do this by saying or doing something really dumb and/or not realizing they current situation. On the other hand Comic Books rely more on action than jokes. With lots of characters including Marvel and DC Comics they succeed by showing the action fans what they really want. That is the hero punching the teeth out of the other villain. Another big difference between these two were they're length of the story. Funnies are quick and get down to the point, unlike comics. Comics are like a tv episodes, with the hero understanding the situation and almost everyone's favorite, the fight. On many cases, you have to wait a month for the next subscription to see what happens. So it is pretty obvious the great differences between these two. The only problem for readers, which great reading experience will they choose?
